Returns: Within seventy-two (72) hours from purchase or delivery. Plants that have already been planted will not be accepted as returnable items.

Sales & Payments: Cash/check/Credit Cards. A fee of $35 is charged for returned checks. All orders are C.O.D. until credit is approved.

Loading and Unloading: All loading and unloading is at your own risk, and New Earth Groundcovers, Inc. shall bear no liability for your safety.

No. we do not sell to the general public. We are a wholesale business to the trade only.

Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping Costs varies by order size and distance to the job site.

Where do you ship?
We deliver to any location in the Greater Bay Area and the Peninsula.

How do I know what plants are currently available?
Currently, you can fax your customer Bid Sheet with your list, to (925) 862-0749. Please provide the botanical names of the plants you require. Or call Whitey at 925-862-0739

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Thursday and Fridays 7AM through 12 Noon.

Is this a Family Owned business?
Yes. Whitey and David are father and son, and Alan might as well be, we fed him and now he won't go away.
